How to place an order
Online ordering is available 24/7 but we much prefer to offer friendly helpful advice for all our customers over the phone.
Is VAT included in the price?
No. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
Are you able to source other products not on your website?
Yes – we have many other suppliers and ranges that are not shown on our website. If you don’t see anything that suits your needs on this site, we can source you requirements from our vast range of industry knowledge. Call and tell us about the kind of furniture requirements you need and we will create a bespoke presentation for you.
Have you any products available for next day delivery?
Our Office Furniture Express Delivery service is available on both our new and used items. These items can usually be delivered within 1 – 5 working days, some items are available for next day delivery
Delivery Lead Time
Most standard orders are delivered within 2 – 3 weeks. If you are ordering executive furniture or items across a variety of ranges or styles, or need something completely bespoke, lead times can sometimes vary. If you are working to a deadline please advise as we like to please.
Delivery and Installation
Where possible delivery and installation are included in the price. Most of our deliveries and installations take place during normal working hours, Monday – Friday, 8am-5.30pm.
Weekend and out of hours deliveries / installations are also possible for an additional charge
Material and Wood Samples
Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll happily let you know all the options and send you some samples.
Types of Payment
We accept BACS payments, company cheque’s , credit and debit cards. Payment by PayPal is also accepted. Once you have a trading history with Capital Office Furniture a trade account is possible.
